Sermorelin reviews: what patients and programs say

Sermorelin reviews rate the program, not the drug. What Trustpilot shows for Hone Health, My RNK and Embody, how to read them, and prices. Checked 3 Nov 2026.

By Julian Caraulani · Updated November 3, 2026

Sermorelin reviews tell you about the program, not about the drug: the public pages we read rate service, shipping and billing, and none of the sermorelin-specific reviews we found measured results. Plans start at $94 a month at Idun Rx. Compounded sermorelin is not FDA-approved (FDA status).

What a sermorelin review can and cannot tell you

A review site records an experience with a company: how fast a clinician replied, whether a package arrived, whether a charge was expected. It cannot show that a drug worked. The adult trial evidence on sermorelin is small and old; see sermorelin benefits and sermorelin before and after. Trustpilot itself says it does not verify the claims in reviews, and company replies and the mix of verified reviews vary by page.

Sermorelin is not one of the six peptides under the interim HHS policy; see the peptide legal status tracker.

Trustpilot snapshots, read 3 Nov 2026

Program Score and count Common praise Common complaints
Hone Health 4.8, 12,482 reviews (Trustpilot) Clinicians who explain results; responsive support; quick process Login problems, consultation delays, a refused refund, and a membership fee called not worth it
My RNK 4.4, 683 reviews (Trustpilot) Helpful, friendly support staff; quick order processing Unwanted shipments after asking to stop, unfulfilled refund requests, product freshness
Embody 3.9, 11,379 reviews (Trustpilot) Helpful providers and nurses; some report follow-up Late shipments, hard-to-reach support, charges after asking to cancel

None of the three Trustpilot pages carried reviews about sermorelin itself, so these scores reflect each company's whole business, which also includes other treatments. Embody's ratings are split: 64% give five stars and 23% give one star.

Some programs have no usable profile. Our records show Trustpilot removed the profiles of System Labs and Luvo Health, and we found no rating we could read for MadeMed or Superpower. Absence of a profile is not evidence of poor service. It means there is less public feedback to check.

How to read reviews before you pay

  • Sort by lowest rating and look for billing, cancellation and refund stories, because those are the costs that repeat.
  • Separate shipping complaints (a courier problem) from care complaints (a clinician problem).
  • Check how the program bills. Some charge every 4 weeks, which is 13 charges a year, and some bill 6- or 12-month plans upfront. Our cost guide lists each.
  • Look for the pharmacy name and whether it is 503A or 503B. Several programs do not publish it, and FDA's 503A bulks page explains the categories.
  • Read the program's own terms: Hone Health's sermorelin page shows its membership structure.
  • Ignore before and after photos and claims of results; no trial we found supports them.

Our scoring versus reviews

Reviews feed the reputation part of our provider scores, alongside price, transparency, care and access. A high Trustpilot score does not make a program the cheapest, and a low one does not make it unsafe. The best peptide programs page ranks programs on all five.

FAQ

Sermorelin reviews: are they reliable?

Treat them as service feedback, not proof the drug works. The Trustpilot pages we read rate whole companies, none of the top pages carried sermorelin-specific reviews, and Trustpilot says it does not verify review claims. Pair reviews with the sourced trial evidence and the program's own terms.

Do people say sermorelin works?

Individual accounts exist, but we found no controlled adult trial showing the results programs advertise. In 11 healthy older men, six weeks of sermorelin "did not change weight, body mass index, waist to hip ratio, DEXA measures of muscle and fat" (Vittone 1997, PubMed). Personal results vary and cannot be separated from other factors.

Which sermorelin program has the best reviews?

Among the three we read, Hone Health has the highest Trustpilot score at 4.8, then My RNK at 4.4 and Embody at 3.9. Score is only one factor. Hone's sermorelin plan also carries a membership fee, so compare total cost on our price page.

Are there complaints about sermorelin programs?

Yes, and they are mostly about logistics: late shipments, hard-to-reach support, refunds and charges after a cancellation request. These themes come from the Trustpilot pages read on 3 Nov 2026 and describe each company overall, not sermorelin alone.

Is sermorelin FDA-approved?

No. Sermorelin has no FDA-approved product today. Pharmacies compound it on a prescription, and compounded drugs are not FDA-approved. Our FDA status guide explains the history.

How much does sermorelin cost?

Tracked plans start at $94 a month at Idun Rx and vary by plan length and what is included. See the cost guide for details.
