Who we are
Julian Caraulani, Founder and editor. Julian runs the Watchdog sites and checks every price against the provider's own page before it is published.
Dr. A. Goher, MBBS, Medical reviewer. Dr. Goher graduated from Xi'an Jiaotong University School of Medicine in 2017 and is a resident physician with more than five years of clinical experience. She checks drug information, side effects and clinical claims against FDA-approved labeling and current research. A guide carries her name only after she has reviewed that version.
What we do
- Read each program's own pricing and FAQ pages, and record the price with the link and the date.
- Add the costs that are easy to miss: labs, membership and consult fees.
- Score every program on the same five published criteria. See how we score.
What we don't do
- We don't sell treatment, prescribe, or give medical advice.
