How much does sermorelin cost online? Plans, fees and refunds

Online sermorelin prices hinge on plan length, billing cycle and fees. We compare each program's published plans, what they include and what you can get back.

By Julian Caraulani · Updated October 26, 2026

Online sermorelin starts at $99 a month today (Embody, Sermorelin (entry price), monthly; plan length not published), and the number you pay depends more on the plan you pick than on the program. The lowest monthly rates need a 6- or 12-month prepayment, while month-to-month plans at the same programs cost noticeably more.

The exact figures are in the table below and on our live price table, which links each price to the provider's own page. We keep dollar amounts in tables only, so they can be checked and updated in one place.

Sermorelin prices by program

Every row below comes from the provider's own pricing page, read on October 26, 2026, unless the source column says otherwise. "Monthly equivalent" is what one month costs you once any first-month discount ends, with required memberships added and 4-week billing converted to a calendar month.

Program Plan Monthly equivalent How you are billed What the price includes Source
Embody Sermorelin, entry price $99 Monthly; plan length not published Consult and medication Third-party review
MYRNK 6-month plan $129 $774 every 6 months, shipped monthly Physician consult, medication, shipping myrnk.com
MYRNK 3-month plan $149 $447 every 3 months, shipped monthly Physician consult, medication, shipping myrnk.com
MYRNK Month to month $169 Monthly Physician consult, medication, shipping myrnk.com
MadeMed 360 days $143 $1,718 every 360 days (4 shipments) Medication, syringes, shipping, messaging; $20 consult fee extra mademed.com
MadeMed 90 days $161 $483 every 90 days Medication, syringes, shipping, messaging; $20 consult fee extra mademed.com
MadeMed 30 days $179 $179 every 30 days Medication, syringes, shipping, messaging; $20 consult fee extra mademed.com
System Labs Oral dissolving tablet $159 Monthly, after a $79 first month Consult, medication, shipping systemlabs.com
System Labs Injection $219 Monthly, after a $109 first month Consult, medication, shipping systemlabs.com
Brightmeds 6 mL vial $196 Per vial, described as a one-month supply Medication and shipping; a second figure of $148 appears on the same review Third-party review
Luvo Health Injection $216 $199 every 4 weeks (13 charges a year); half price for the first 4 weeks Consult, medication, shipping luvohealth.com
Hone Health Premium membership plus sermorelin $330 $175 medication plus $155 membership each month; $65 first biomarker test Labs and consults through the membership honehealth.com

Two of these rows rest on third-party reviews because the programs show prices only inside their sign-up flow or block automated reads. Treat the Embody and Brightmeds figures as less certain than the rest until you see them at checkout.

Plan length changes the price more than the program does

The same vial costs less per month the longer you commit. At MYRNK, the 6-month plan is the cheapest way in, but you pay for six months up front. At MadeMed, the lowest monthly rate comes from a 360-day plan paid in one charge. If you stop after two months, the prepaid months are usually gone (see refunds below).

A sensible way to read the table: compare the month-to-month rows first. That is the real cost of trying sermorelin for a month or two to see whether you tolerate the injections and notice anything. Move to a longer plan only once you know you want to continue.

Every 4 weeks is not the same as monthly

Luvo Health bills every 4 weeks, which its sermorelin page describes as "4 weeks of injections, delivered every 4 weeks." A year has 52 weeks, so that is 13 charges a year rather than 12. MadeMed's 30-day plan works the same way on a smaller scale: a 30-day cycle also adds up to slightly more than 12 charges a year.

Billing cycle Charges per year Price per charge Yearly total
Every 4 weeks (Luvo Health) 13 $199 $2,587
Calendar month at the same price 12 $199 $2,388

That is why our table shows Luvo's monthly equivalent above its sticker price.

Memberships: the Hone Health model

Most programs fold the clinician visit into one price. Hone Health splits it. Its sermorelin page lists the medication on its own, and sermorelin requires the Premium membership, which covers lab testing and consults. The medication price alone looks competitive; the total with the membership is the highest in our table. You also pay for a first biomarker test.

What you get for that is regular bloodwork and a clinician who reviews it, which most cheaper programs do not mention at all. Whether that is worth it depends on how much you value monitoring. If you want labs, compare Hone's total with a cheaper program plus labs ordered through your own doctor.

Consult fees you may not get back

MadeMed charges a separate consult fee, listed in the table, and keeps it even if the clinician does not prescribe. Its product page says: "If not prescribed, medication charge is refunded in full (consultation fee applies)." The amount is small, but it is a cost you pay before you know whether you qualify.

MYRNK, System Labs, Luvo Health and Embody say the consult is included in the plan price.

Refunds and cancelling

This is where the cheaper long plans carry real risk. Read each policy before you prepay:

  • Embody: its refund policy says cancellation requests "must be received at least 72 hours prior to your next billing date," and payments, including multi-month plans, are non-refundable except for a partial refund on medical disqualification.
  • MYRNK: its refund policy also needs 72 hours before the billing date, and fees are not refunded once your intake is submitted.
  • System Labs: cancel by emailing support; its FAQ states no refunds for services rendered or prescriptions ordered.
  • MadeMed: no long-term contracts, cancel anytime, with the consult fee kept as noted above.
  • Hone Health: "No commitments. Cancel anytime," though the membership is a monthly charge of its own.
  • Luvo Health: changes need to be made before an order begins processing.
  • Brightmeds: we could not find published cancellation or fee terms.

What a sermorelin price usually includes

Across the programs above, a plan price normally covers the clinician review, the compounded medication and shipping. MadeMed also lists syringes and messaging. Lab work is the main thing that is usually missing: only Hone Health builds it in. No program in our table bills insurance, and sermorelin is a compounded drug, not an FDA-approved product, so you should expect to pay cash. Our FDA status guide explains why sermorelin can still be prescribed.

One more thing worth checking: the dose. Few programs publish how many micrograms you get per night, so two plans at the same price may not deliver the same amount of drug. Ask before you pay.

FAQ

How much does sermorelin cost online?

It depends on the plan length. Month-to-month plans at the programs we checked cost more than 3-, 6- or 12-month prepaid plans, and a membership or consult fee can add to the total. The table above lists every published plan, and our price table is kept current.

What is the cheapest way to get sermorelin online?

The lowest monthly figures need a long prepayment that is usually non-refundable. If you are new to sermorelin, the cheapest sensible option is often the lowest month-to-month plan, since it does not lock you in.

Is oral sermorelin cheaper than injections?

At System Labs, the only program we found that publishes an oral price, the dissolving tablet costs less per month than its injection. The human studies of sermorelin we cite in our FDA status guide used injections, so a lower price for a tablet does not tell you it works the same way. Ask the clinician how the oral dose was chosen.

Does insurance cover sermorelin?

None of the programs we checked bills insurance. Compounded sermorelin is not an FDA-approved product, so coverage is unlikely.

Why do some programs charge every 4 weeks?

Billing every 4 weeks means 13 charges a year instead of 12. Our tables convert those prices to a calendar month so you can compare them fairly.
