BPC-157 price with a prescription: a sourced table, what the monthly fee includes, preorder and lab fine print, and why research vials are not a fair match.

Prescription BPC-157 starts at $149 a month at Superpower, a price that bundles a clinician review, a 40+ biomarker blood test and membership (Superpower). The first month is charged at preorder. Compounded BPC-157 is not FDA-approved and is sold under an interim HHS policy, checked on 30 October 2026. See every BPC-157 price.

Below: a sourced price table, what the monthly fee covers, the costs that are easy to miss, and why research-use vials look cheaper without being the same purchase.

BPC-157 prices by program

Every row comes from the seller's own page, read on 30 October 2026. We keep dollar figures in tables so each one can be checked against its source.

Program Product Price How you are billed What the price includes Source
Superpower BPC-157 injection (preorder) $149 a month First month charged at preorder; then every 30 days after approval Clinician review, prescription, 40+ biomarker blood test, membership, app messaging superpower.com/peptides

A note on the table: Superpower prices by the month and includes testing, so compare it on a monthly basis. We list only programs whose price we read on their own site, and left out sellers that also sell blends the HHS policy does not cover. We also left out sellers whose prices we could only find on third-party sites, and Hims, whose site returned HTTP 403 to us.

The live figures, updated as programs change them, are on the BPC-157 price table. Companion prices: TB-500 starts at $149 and MOTS-c at $199 a month.

What the monthly price includes

At Superpower, the peptide order also buys the membership. The membership FAQ lists "Your prescribed peptide, a blood test covering 40+ biomarkers, review by a licensed clinician who sets your protocol, and ongoing clinical guidance in the Superpower app" (Superpower peptides page). The BPC-157 page adds that "Eligible launch participants also receive a complimentary first-year Superpower membership and an initial peptide bloodwork panel" (Superpower BPC-157 page).

Ongoing care is part of the plan: the protocol calls for "symptom check-ins every four weeks and CBC/CMP monitoring every six months while treatment continues" (Superpower peptides page). There is no separate consult fee listed.

Hidden costs and fine print

You pay before a clinician reviews you. "Medication is charged up front as a preorder" and the review happens later: "We'll review your prescription request when we're ready to ship" (Superpower peptides page). The same page promises "If you're not approved for a prescription, you get a full refund."

The price is introductory. The BPC-157 page labels the figure "Limited-time early access pricing" (Superpower BPC-157 page). It does not say what the price becomes later, or what the membership costs after the first year.

Labs have a deadline. A clinician may accept a recent CBC and CMP; if not, "you'll need to complete the initial panel within 60 days of prescription approval" (Superpower BPC-157 page).

No insurance, no HSA. The BPC-157 page says "Not HSA/FSA eligible" (Superpower BPC-157 page), even though Superpower's general membership is marketed as HSA/FSA eligible.

Policy risk on prepaid months. BPC-157 is available only while the HHS interim policy stands. Superpower's consent form warns that "your treatment may need to stop before your planned course is complete, with little or no notice" (Superpower BPC-157 consent). Before you prepay several months anywhere, ask what happens to unused months if the policy changes. HHS can revisit the policy "if, among other things, a safety signal or product quality issue arises" (Federal Register 2026-22192).

Blends cost more and are not covered. Stacks that combine BPC-157 with other peptides sell at higher prices, and the HHS policy covers single peptides only. See BPC-157 vs TB-500.

Why research-use vials are cheaper, and why that is not a fair comparison

BPC-157 sold as "research use only" is priced per vial with nothing else attached. The gap in price reflects a gap in what you get:

  • No prescription and no clinician. Nobody screens your history, checks your medications or reviews how you respond.
  • No pharmacy oversight. Under the HHS policy, a 503A pharmacy must use an ingredient from an FDA-registered maker, and each lot "needs a detailed certificate of analysis covering identity, potency, impurities and contaminants" (Superpower summary of the policy). A research vial carries no such requirement.
  • FDA treats them as unapproved drugs. In a 2023 warning letter to an online seller of BPC-157 labeled for research, FDA wrote that "evidence obtained from your website establishes that your products are intended to be drugs for human use" (FDA warning letter, June 2023).
  • Not covered by the policy. HHS's non-enforcement applies to "a State-licensed pharmacy, Federal facility, or licensed physician" (Federal Register 2026-22192), not to online vial sellers.

Quality concerns are not hypothetical. A 2026 orthopaedic review warned that "Commercial products marketed also raise concerns regarding identity, purity, concentration, sterility, and manufacturing consistency" (Tham 2026, PubMed 42937313). We do not list research-use sellers or their prices. More in research vs prescription peptides.

Is the price worth it?

That depends on the evidence, and the evidence is thin. Three small human studies exist, and a 2026 systematic review rated their certainty "very low" (Poolton 2026, PubMed 42885452). Paying for a prescription buys screening, a pharmacy-made product and monitoring. It does not buy proof that BPC-157 works for your problem. Read what BPC-157 is and its side effects before you commit to a prepaid plan.

Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved, and the HHS policy is interim and can be withdrawn; status checked on 30 October 2026.

FAQ

How much does BPC-157 cost with a prescription?

Prescription BPC-157 starts at $149 a month at Superpower, checked 30 October 2026. That price includes a clinician review, the prescription, a 40+ biomarker blood test, membership and app messaging. The first month is charged as a preorder and refunded if a clinician does not approve you. See the live price table.

What is the BPC 157 price per month?

Monthly pricing is $149 at the cheapest program in our tracker. Some sellers price per vial or per prepaid term instead, so compare what each price covers: labs, consults and membership change the real monthly cost. Superpower labels its figure early-access pricing, so the price may change after launch.

How much is BPC-157 without insurance?

Almost always the full listed price. Compounded BPC-157 is not FDA-approved, so insurers generally do not cover it, and Superpower states its BPC-157 is not HSA/FSA eligible. Budget for the monthly fee plus any labs a program does not include. At Superpower the baseline panel and six-monthly CBC/CMP are part of the price.

Do I pay if a clinician does not prescribe BPC-157?

At Superpower, the first month is charged when you preorder, and the page promises a full refund if you are not approved for a prescription. Other programs may charge a consult fee that is not refunded. Read the billing terms before you enter card details, and ask how a refund is issued.

Why is research BPC-157 so much cheaper?

Research-use vials come without a prescription, a clinician, labs or pharmacy oversight, and FDA has treated such products as unapproved drugs intended for human use. The HHS policy does not cover them. A prescription price pays for screening, a licensed 503A pharmacy using a tested ingredient, and monitoring, so the two prices are not comparing the same thing.

Could my BPC-157 prescription stop suddenly?

Yes. BPC-157 is compounded under an interim HHS policy that HHS says it may revisit if a safety signal or product quality issue arises. Superpower's consent form warns treatment may need to stop with little or no notice. Avoid prepaying many months until you know the refund terms for that case.
