# Rx Peptides Watchdog > Independent comparison of prescription peptide programs (sermorelin, NAD+, glutathione and more): monthly prices, who compounds them, FDA status and what the evidence actually shows. Rx Peptides Watchdog is independent. Some programs pay us a commission when a reader signs up; that never changes a score (price 30%, transparency 25%, care 20%, access 15%, reputation 10%). Every price links to the provider page it was read from. Prices last checked October 26, 2026. ## Key facts - Top-scored: bmiMD: score 8.7/10, from $89/month (12-month subscription), Compounded medication, medication in price: included - Second: Embody: score 8.4/10, from $99/month (monthly; plan length not published), Compounded medication, medication in price: included - Third: Hone Health: score 8.4/10, from $124/month (monthly), Compounded medication, medication in price: extra - Lowest all-in monthly price we found: $89 at bmiMD (NAD+ injection, 12 months, 12-month subscription) - Programs compared: 8 - Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved: Pharmacies may compound only substances FDA allows under section 503A. In 2026 FDA moved several popular peptides off its 'significant safety risks' list because their nominations were withdrawn, which does not make them compoundable, and an advisory committee voted on six of them in July 2026 with no final decision yet. - Prescription, not 'research use only': Every program here uses a licensed clinician and a licensed US pharmacy. Vials sold 'for research only' skip both, and nothing about their contents is checked. We don't list them. - Is it allowed to be compounded?: FDA decides which bulk substances pharmacies may compound. NAD+ and glutathione are in its 'under evaluation' group, which in practice allows them; BPC-157 is not on the list despite heavy marketing. - The low price usually means prepaying: The cheapest monthly rates come with 6- or 12-month plans, and most programs refund nothing once the order is placed. Compare the month-to-month price before you commit. - Every 4 weeks is 13 charges a year: Some programs bill every 4 weeks instead of monthly, which adds a 13th payment each year. We convert those prices to a true monthly figure. - Who compounds it?: Few programs name their pharmacy or say whether it is a 503A or 503B facility. We note it where they do, and flag it where they don't. - The evidence is thinner than the marketing: For sermorelin, NAD+ and most longevity peptides, human studies are small. Treat claims about energy, aging or fat loss as unproven until larger trials say otherwise. ## Core pages - [Best peptide programs](https://rxpeptideswatchdog.com/best): every program ranked on our published score - [Prices](https://rxpeptideswatchdog.com/cost): lowest all-in monthly price per program and per treatment, with sources - [Find my match](https://rxpeptideswatchdog.com/quiz): a short quiz that returns three programs - [Compare](https://rxpeptideswatchdog.com/compare): every program side by side in pairs - [How we score](https://rxpeptideswatchdog.com/methodology): the exact scoring rules - [Price Index](https://rxpeptideswatchdog.com/price-index): cheapest and median monthly price over time ([JSON](https://rxpeptideswatchdog.com/price-index.json)) - [Full data](https://rxpeptideswatchdog.com/llms-full.txt) · [JSON](https://rxpeptideswatchdog.com/providers.json) · [CSV](https://rxpeptideswatchdog.com/providers.csv) ## Reviews - [bmiMD review](https://rxpeptideswatchdog.com/reviews/bmimd): People who want NAD+ at the lowest monthly price and will commit to a year. - [Embody review](https://rxpeptideswatchdog.com/reviews/embody): People who want sermorelin and NAD+ from one low-cost program. - [Hone Health review](https://rxpeptideswatchdog.com/reviews/hone-health): People who want peptides with lab monitoring and doctor oversight. - [System Labs review](https://rxpeptideswatchdog.com/reviews/system-labs): People in states other programs don't serve. - [MYRNK review](https://rxpeptideswatchdog.com/reviews/myrnk): People who want clear pricing and a middle-length commitment. - [MadeMed review](https://rxpeptideswatchdog.com/reviews/mademed): People who want to know exactly how their peptide is compounded. - [Luvo Health review](https://rxpeptideswatchdog.com/reviews/luvo-health): People who want NAD+ in a non-injection form. - [Brightmeds review](https://rxpeptideswatchdog.com/reviews/brightmeds): Existing Brightmeds patients adding sermorelin. ## Guides - [How much does sermorelin cost online?
